Privacy Policy
Summary: BBerry operates a trading dashboard and publishes performance information. We do not take custody of your exchange funds. When you use our website, limited technical data may be processed to run and secure the Service. Copy-trading relationships are handled by the exchanges you choose.
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how BBerry (“we”, “us”, “our”) processes personal data when you use:
- bberry.uk and dash.bberry.uk;
- our dashboards, calculators, reports, and related web pages; and
- other public channels linked from the Service.
BBerry is the controller of personal data described in this policy, except where a third party processes data under its own policy (for example, an exchange or hosting provider).
2. Personal data we may collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may process:
| Category | Examples | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Technical and usage data | IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, timestamps, referrer, basic diagnostics | Automatically when you visit the website or dashboard |
| Session and security data | Session identifiers, authentication tokens, anti-abuse signals | Generated by our hosting stack when needed to operate the Service |
| Communications you send us | Messages and content you voluntarily submit through contact options on the Service | You |
| Aggregated trading statistics | Non-personal performance metrics shown on dashboards and reports | Generated from lead-account trading activity |
Exchange and copy-trading data: If you follow BBerry on Binance, Bybit, OKX, or another supported exchange, that exchange collects and processes your account, identity, and trading data under its own privacy policy. BBerry does not receive your exchange login credentials through the public dashboard.
3. How we use personal data
We use personal data to:
- provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
- display dashboards, reports, calculators, and public performance summaries;
- protect the Service against abuse, fraud, and security incidents;
- respond to support or information requests you send us;
- improve reliability, performance, and content quality; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
We may use automated tools, including language models, to draft concise notifications or summaries from structured trading metrics. Those tools are instructed to work from operational data rather than to profile users for unrelated advertising.
4. Legal bases for processing
Where privacy law requires a legal basis, we rely on:
- Legitimate interests — to run, secure, and improve the Service and publish aggregated performance information;
- Contract — where processing is necessary to provide features you request;
- Consent — where required, for example if optional cookies or marketing are introduced and you opt in; and
- Legal obligation — where we must retain or disclose information to comply with law.
You may have the right to object to certain processing where applicable law provides that right.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
Our websites and dashboards may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies needed for:
- session management and page functionality;
- security and load balancing; and
- remembering basic preferences.
We do not describe the Service as relying on invasive cross-site advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where required, request consent before non-essential cookies are set.
6. Sharing and processors
We may share limited data with:
- Infrastructure providers — hosting, CDN, reverse proxy, and server providers that help us deliver the Service;
- Exchange platforms — only insofar as you independently choose to copy-trade through them;
- Professional advisers — lawyers, accountants, or insurers where reasonably necessary; and
- Authorities — if required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
We do not sell your personal data. We require service providers to protect data and use it only for the services they provide to us, subject to their own terms and policies.
7. International transfers
Our providers may process data in multiple countries. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we aim to use appropriate safeguards required by applicable law, such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent protections.
8. Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above, including:
- server and security logs — typically for a limited rolling period unless needed for incident investigation;
- support messages — for as long as needed to resolve the request and maintain a reasonable record; and
- aggregated trading statistics — potentially longer, because they are not used to identify individuals.
We may retain certain records longer where required by law or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including access controls, encrypted transport (HTTPS), and hardened hosting practices. No online service can be guaranteed 100% secure. You are responsible for securing your exchange accounts and devices.
10. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- request access to personal data we hold about you;
- request correction of inaccurate data;
- request erasure in certain circumstances;
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- request data portability where applicable; and
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To exercise these rights, use the contact options made available on dash.bberry.uk. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority in your jurisdiction.
11. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
12. Third-party links
The Service links to third-party websites and exchanges. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We encourage you to review the privacy terms of any exchange or platform you use.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Material changes may be announced on the website. Please review this page periodically.
14. Contact
Privacy questions and rights requests may be submitted through the contact options made available on dash.bberry.uk.
